NICK & GRACE’S WINTER WEDDING
The week before Christmas Nick and Grace celebrated their love story at a Prested Hall wedding in a Christmas-theme that was nothing short of magical. Their journey to this day was marked by resilience and a deep connection that withstood the test of time.
The Proposal:
Nick and Grace’s love story began a decade ago, and after eight years together, Nick had planned a Christmas day proposal in 2020. Fate had other plans, as Grace was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, leading to a postponement of the proposal to Valentine’s Day.
The Venue:
Prested Hall country manor house, adorned with festive decorations, provided the perfect backdrop for Nick and Grace’s winter wonderland wedding. Twinkling lights set the scene for a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments. Interestingly, Grace tells me that Prested Hall use to be an old hospital, how fitting given their proposal story!
The Ceremony:
Surrounded by loved ones, Nick and Grace exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony. The Christmas theme added a touch of magic to the proceedings, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere that resonated with the spirit of the season.
The Most Important Element:
For Nick and Grace, the most crucial aspect of their wedding was having all their special family and friends gathered together, sharing in the joy of their union. One special guest was their daughter Maeva. For their wedding breakfast they had one large table for all their guests, a special touch that added to the togetherness that made the day truly unforgettable.
The Evening Reception:
The lively atmosphere was heightened by the presence of a talented band who filled the dance floor with enthusiastic guests dancing the night away.
